How does the collaboration start?
First, we map out which tasks you would like to assign to a virtual assistant and how much time this will take per week.
We then plan an online introductory meeting where we get to know each other and discuss the work. We will go into more detail about what is needed in terms of preparation: such as setting up access to applications, email logins, forwarding telephone calls, etc.
You make the work instruction yourself via video screen recording or digitally; in order to transfer the knowledge. For the collaboration with the personal assistant we make agreements such as: how do we communicate via which channel, Slack, email, WhatsApp, or otherwise?
After the introductory meeting we will start. The first month is a pilot month. After a month there will be an evaluation and we will discuss the continuation of the collaboration.
