Since Fildena 100 contains sildenafil citrate, it is a member of the class of medications known as PDE5 inhibitors. These medications prevent the PDE5 enzyme from working. To prevent overdose symptoms, do not take more than one pill of the prescribed medication within 24 hours of the preceding dose.
