The 1st edition of CII's International Conference on Construction Equipment recently concluded at Gurugram with the theme "Sustainable Manufacturing and Resilient Technologies". At the conference in his special address Mr. Manish Handa, President of Backhoe Loaders Division, Action Construction Equipment Ltd., stated that the Indian construction equipment sector should work towards becoming self-reliant which will help it increase its penetration in the Indian market by 5 – 6 times.
