From Humble Beginnings to a Global Hub

Established in 2004, Infoparks Kerala (popularly known as Infopark) is a Government of Kerala-owned IT Park. Its central hub in Kochi (Ernakulam district) is complemented by satellite campuses in Cherthala (Alappuzha district) and Koratty (Thrissur district), creating a network of opportunities across the state.

Infopark began its journey with 100 acres of land from KINFRA in Kakkanad, Kochi, anchored by the now-iconic Thapasya Building, a renovated Standard Design Factory (SDF). Today, Infopark spans 323 acres across its three locations, with a substantial portion designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), providing businesses with significant tax benefits and incentives.
