Trenbolone enanthate, commonly known as Trenbolone or Tren E, is a very powerful long-acting esterified form of the anabolic androgenic steroid Trenbolone. Trenbolone has an androgenic rating of 500 and an anabolic rating of 500, making it five times more anabolic and androgenic than testosterone.

Chemical and Pharmacokinetic Properties
Trenbolone enanthate is the enanthate ester form of the hormone trenbolone. The enanthate ester causes the hormone to be slowly released into the body over a period of around 10-14 days after injection. Peak blood plasma levels of trenbolone are reached within 3-5 days, with detectable levels remaining for up to 2-3 weeks. Unlike many other esterified steroids, Trenbolone Enanthate seems to be fully released from its attached enanthate ester, allowing the full pharmacological effects of trenbolone to take effect once peak levels are achieved.

Anabolic and Androgenic Effects
Trenbolone enanthate is exceptionally strong at promoting nitrogen retention and new muscle growth. It also enhances fat loss by inhibiting aromatization into estrogen and improving nutrient partitioning. The androgenic effects are also quite powerful. Trenbolone enanthate commonly causes side effects like acne, oily skin, body/facial hair growth, and irreversible voice deepening in susceptible individuals. These side effects are dose dependent.
