Corrupted Areas are optional side zones that spawn within the game world, especially while leveling or mapping. They appear as red portals and transport players to an isolated dungeon filled with corrupted monsters and a final boss.
How to Identify a Corrupted Area
You can spot Corrupted Areas by poehub looking for a red, glowing portal in the world. These typically appear in campaign zones, maps, and sometimes in strongbox events or missions like Alva's incursions.
