Hem Khambhati, our founder, spent years managing supply chains for restaurant franchises in North America, mainly Boston and Toronto, before he decided to work the other side of the trade and become an exporter from India himself. That background shows up in how we run things. We know what a buyer in Ohio or Ontario actually needs, because we used to be that buyer.
