Enjoy delicious menu and fine dining at the best restaurants in the city

Boca Raton is a popular Florida vacation destination with pristine beaches and luxurious golf courses. The city is also home to a wide variety of restaurants that cater to all tastes.

Sample local wines at Sixty Vines, and pair your drinks with casual new American cuisine like pizzas and pastas. Try the Cry Me a Turkey sandwich with honey-roasted turkey, baby arugula and truffle oil.

Loch Bar

Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts, Loch Bar is a classic restaurant in Boca Raton featuring a variety of culinary favorites and live music. Its menu features one of the region’s largest raw bars, serving a range of east and west coast oyster options. Guests can also enjoy one of the area’s most extensive whiskey lists. For those who are not seafood lovers, Loch Bar has several vegetarian dishes to choose from as well. The restaurant also offers a variety of desserts to satisfy every sweet tooth.

The food here is good, but the price point is a bit high. For instance, the crab cakes are delicious but at $32 for a single six-ounce cake, they’re a pricey lunch splurge. The restaurant is also situated near the Kimmel Center, making it a perfect spot for pre-show dining. The ambiance is welcoming, but service can be inconsistent at times. Despite the occasional service hiccups, Loch Bar’s exceptional food and cocktails keep patrons coming back for more. The restaurant is open daily, with a full bar, dining room, and outdoor patio.

Tap 42

If you’re looking for a restaurant in Boca Raton with solid bar food staples and a great beer list, Tap 42 is the place to go. This South Florida chain was founded by siblings Sean and Blaise McMackin, and the concept has quickly grown to include locations at Aventura Mall, Boca Raton, Coral Gables, and more.

The menu here includes a mix of classic pub fare and upscale dishes. Favorites include Asian-style coleslaw, oven-baked shrimp mac and cheese, Cajun grilled grouper, and the avocado turkey burger. The drinks here are also excellent, with a diverse selection of craft beers and cocktails.

I tried the spicy tuna tartare, which was piled high on a bed of malanga chips (malago root that’s similar to taro root). It was a good size for sharing and had plenty of flavor. I also enjoyed the grilled salmon zen bowl, which is made with brown rice and green veggies stir-fried in a truffle miso glaze topped with a generous piece of grilled fish. This dish was a good, healthier option that even meat-eaters could enjoy.

American Social Bar and Kitchen

American Social is a lively dining spot with an energetic atmosphere that's ideal for social gatherings. The food is delicious, including standout appetizers and desserts. The bar is also impressive, with a vast selection of craft beers and cocktails. However, it can be noisy and may not be suitable for families.

American Social offers a menu of updated American comfort foods and drinks that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. The restaurant's brunch menu, for example, offers a range of hearty dishes from fluffy buttermilk pancakes drizzled with maple syrup to savory eggs Benedict topped with rich hollandaise sauce. In addition, American Social's extensive cocktail menu offers innovative concoctions like the Cucumber Basil Smash, a refreshing sip made with muddled cucumber and fresh basil.

The upscale restaurant and bar is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The venue is home to a diverse crowd, offering a lively and welcoming environment that fosters connections. In addition, it hosts a variety of special events, including wedding rehearsal dinners and showers. The venue has indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy a modern take on traditional American cuisine and beverages.

Meat Market

Meat Market is a modern American steak house with a glamorous, upbeat vibe. It features a dynamic menu unlike anything else in the city, offering a variety of Chef’s specials and prime cuts of meat, delicate seafood dishes, sushi and raw bar items. It also offers amazing sides and appetizers, a top-notch wine and craft cocktail list, and delicious desserts. It is also an excellent choice for business and social events.

The restaurant’s name might be inelegant, but it has a vibrant atmosphere and standout service that make it a great place for celebrations. The menu is varied and includes everything from lobster towers to wagyu dumplings. The wine selection is superb, and the prices are reasonable. Some diners note that the music is too loud, but others say that the food and service are outstanding.

TwentyTwenty Grille

TwentyTwenty Grille is a hidden gem located in the Royal Palm Place of Boca Raton, Florida. The menu here goes far beyond Contemporary American Cuisine and represents a Culinary Fusion of International classics and Modern food art. The restaurant is a true display of excellency in culinary art and hospitality.

Chef Ron Weisheit has a long list of accolades and accomplishments in the culinary world and is known for his unique cooking style. He uses Organic farm-raised produce, line caught seafood and South Florida seasonal produce and sustainable grass fed meats to create his masterpieces. He is a top graduate of San Francisco Culinary Academy and has won 3 gold medals in the Culinary Olympics.

This old-fashioned restaurant serves gorgeously plated foods in sizes that will satisfy, not stuff you. Its duck taco ($14) combines tender duck and crispy tortilla shell with orange margarita gastrique and roasted tomato pico de gallo, while the oyster BLT ($14) pairs bacon and crisply fried oyster with baby greens and Tasmanian blue cheese. You can also try their delicious iced coffee, chocolate frappe and dark coffee.
